  • Rodney H. Masters, P.E.
    President and COO

    Mr. Masters currently serves as President and COO of AIMS International. He joined AIMS in 1984, and purchased the company in 1987 from whence he served as the company’s President and CEO until 2015. He sold the business in August of 2015 and remains as President and COO.  Mr. Masters has grown AIMS in the Oil & Gas Industry and sister company, Delta Composite Structures, in the FRP Industry, to leaders in their perspective fields. Before AIMS, he spent nine years in engineering positions designing offshore platforms and drilling rigs. Mr. Masters holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He later acquired a Master of Science degree in Geotechnical Engineering and a Professional Engineering license.

  • Kinton Lawler

    Mr. Lawler is currently the chief executive officer for AIMS International. Formerly, he spent several years at Oceaneering serving in engineering and project management positions. His entire career has been spent within the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, and he has been a key contributor to the patents of several products utilized in the industry. Mr. Lawler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

  • Bill Griffith
    V.P. of Subsea Operations

    Mr. Griffith is currently serving as V.P. of Subsea Operations for AIMS International. Since 2006, when he joined AIMS, his primary focus has been directed to the management of the company’s VIV suppression products, as well as other custom subsea products. Mr. Griffith has been a key contributor to improving the design and operation of AIMS’ ADFS (fairings) and strakes. Previously he served as an Engineering Lead for FMC in the Subsea Controls Department, and worked in the Subsea Tooling Department at Oceaneering. Mr. Griffith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine System Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy.

  • Mikael Smith
    V.P. of Topsides Operations

    Mr. Smith currently serves as the Vice President of Topsides Operations for AIMS International. He joined AIMS in 2001 as an engineering assistant and has helped grow the company with his contributions in purchasing, estimating, shop production, installation training, and project management. In addition, he has developed valuable fiberglass installation and fabrication procedures and currently oversees the production of both offshore and onshore products for AIMS. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University at Galveston.
